Moving here to Prescott last year I had my hands full to get my business started. Landscaping and handyman service were on my agenda, but other services took priority.  Since then, I have relocated to nearby Williamson Valley in the past month and the property is just the right size to have the trailers and a new garage to accommodate the complete services we offer on Carl’s Corner.

Gardening and landscaping have always been a passion of mine. 

St. Francis Community Compound Garden

As we emerge from the long, cold winter, I’m ready to get out and start cleaning up the yard and getting some things planted. It’s always a chore getting the old bones moving after sitting on my duff all winter. New life popping out of the ground invigorates me. Springtime… new beginnings.

Our landscape services include:

  • Yard clean up
  • Gutter maintenance
  • Irrigation inspection and repair as necessary
  • Planting
  • Yard fertilizing

We can do a one-time maintenance or weekly or bi-weekly maintenance to keep your yard clean and weed-free. 

While painting – interior and exterior – is our specialty, we are experienced in many areas of home maintenance, repair, and remodeling.  We performed a complete conversion of the old convent at the Sacred Heart Parish in Tucson into the St. Francis Community compound.

Rates start at $40 per hr. depending on the job. Usually, there is a 4-hour minimum, but we are flexible

As we initiate this service in the Prescott area, a good friend, Wade Ramirez, has relocated here from Tucson and we have decided to join forces.  Wade and I have worked together on many projects. He is one of the hardest-working guys I know, and his devotion to excellence is beyond compare. He brings with him years of experience in landscaping as well as handyman services.
